Thank goodness for Alyssa and Gramercy Management Group. If it wasn't for these people, I would not have found a safe, appropriate and convenient place to live. Alyssa took the time to understand and help me with my situation. Their application process is extremely simple and problem free. All you have to do is prove you have income and can afford your basic bills, very easy to get approved. In my opinion, it would be very difficult to get rejected…unless you cant provide the obvious things I mentioned.Acquiring the keys on my first day of arrival was so convenient. I rolled in to Regina right in the middle of a busy work day from another province and Alyssa made sure she was able to accommodate me on my schedule. It was again, a very quick and painless interaction that left me holding the keys to my new place and ready to move in within 20min.I was also given a break on first month rent due to me not arriving until the 13th of the month, I have always had to pay full rent in a situation like that in my past.I recommend using Alyssa and Gramercy when looking to rent anytime.

Alyssa is amazing. She is never to busy to help you with anything you need. I have nothing but amazing service from her and Gramercy. I would highly recommend out of all the rental services in the city.
