As every condominium complex is unique, our management options can be tailored from basic accounting to full management.  We allow our clients to choose from a variety of service options to ensure we fit the needs of each complex.   
Our full management package includes but is not limited to: 
    Administrative Services 
•    Acting as the registered office for the corporation, including legal documentation,  preparing estoppel certificates**, minute records, registers and financial records, maintaining corporation registries and files 
•    Enforcement of declaration, by-laws, rules and regulations 
•    Administration, communication and correspondence to owners and residents 
•    Contract administration, tendering process for repairs, maintenance, cleaning, waste removal, recycling and grounds-keeping services 
•    Receiving contractor proof of insurance and/or clearance letters from Saskatchewan Workers' Compensation Board; 
•    Preparing welcome packages for unit owners with relevant building information, etc. 
•    Creating building operating manuals and staff job descriptions that are customized for each property 
•    Management and supervision of building staff 
•    Ensuring all insurance requirements are met, including Officers and Directors liability insurance, and insurance risk assessments 
•    Organization of and attendance at an annual general meeting, and 4 board meetings per year, preparation and distribution of all minutes and agendas 
•    Ensuring reserve fund studies are completed in accordance with the Condominium Property Act.  
•    Reviewing and making recommendations regarding bylaws ** 
Financial Management and Reporting Services 
•    Complete financial management including collection of monthly condo fees, levies, penalties and miscellaneous charges  
•    Implementation of actions on authority of Board for the collection of delinquent fees and assessments 
•    Collection, processing and payment of expenses 
•    Payroll services, employee bonding** 
•    Monthly financial statements  
•    Assistance in the development and recommendation of annual operating budgets, capital expenditure planning, reserve fund requirements.   
Maintenance and Repair Services 
•    Coordination of caretaking, grounds-keeping, interior and exterior common area cleaning and maintenance, as well snow, recycling and waste removal 
•    Preventative maintenance programs 
•    Thorough routine inspections and reporting 
•    24 hour emergency service line.  
Our accounting package includes but is not limited to:  
•    Collection of monthly fees, miscellaneous charges 
•    Implementation of actions for the collection of delinquent rent collection; 
•    Collection, processing & payment of expenses; 
•    Payroll services, employee bonding 
•    Management of Deposits’ 
•    Monthly financial statements  
•    Disbursement of net proceeds 
•    Banking services as required.
